The celebration of our Patron Saint 2026

This year, our Parish honors Saint John the Evangelist on Sunday, May 10.

The event schedule is as follows:

09:00 Consecration of the new iconostasis in the church

09:30 Bishop's Liturgy, celebrated by His Holiness Serafim Joantă, Archbishop and Metropolitan

12:00 Children's Celebration

12:30 Speech by the Mayor General of Sindelfingen, Markus Kleemann

13:00 Agape

Please be punctual at 09:00 to welcome the hierarch.

We invite you to dress in traditional costumes.

The Agape (community meal in love) will be organized by the entire community, in the spaces we rent near the church. If you would like to contribute, you can do so by cooking some food, or by buying necessary things. A list for this purpose is available at the pangar, or you can contact us. We will need help with arranging the rooms and cleaning up afterwards.

Everyone is welcome, both at the Mass and at the agape, even if they cannot cook or buy anything. A helping hand is enough.

Through this kind of organization we prove that we have been together as a community for almost 7 years, which can manage such an event. The involvement of everyone in this event also has the role of strengthening the cohesion of our community.

Because parking spaces near the church are limited, please consider parking at Breuninger and walking to the church from there.
